Peter�s Pantry was
founded when Joe Stemberger felt the same
charge that Jesus gave Peter, �Feed my sheep�
The Pantry
is a food bank serving emergency needs, serving as
a stopgap measure for someone awaiting public assistance and
serving families that can not make it to the end of the month.
The Pantry
is open every third Tuesday
From 6:30 � 7:00pm. Year-Around
Every
client receives a standard order of food and a voucher
for specific food items at the local grocery store.
Arrangements for emergency needs may be made by
calling the church office at 358-0135.
Donations Can Be Made:
1. Donate $1 @ checkout at the Elmer IGA
2. Drop your receipt from purchases made at IGA in designated box
"Elmer Food Bank" located at the front counter upon
exiting. A
percentage of your purchase will go towards Peter's
Pantry.
3. Donations can be made to the church; make checks payable to "Peter's
Pantry"
or if giving cash, please specify somewhere that you
would like it applied towards
this mission.
